All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through SPARK//SHOP are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selections, or accidental orders.
 

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been placed. Please carefully review your items, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.
 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at the discretion of SPARK//SHOP. Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or customer-caused damage are not eligible.
 

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Digital downloads cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased or delivered.
 

Shipping Issues

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. SPARK//SHOP is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
 

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.
